“Train the young in the way they should go; even when old, they will not swerve from it.” -Proverbs 22:6
Faith formation is primarily the responsibility of the parents. Our parish Religious Education Program builds on this foundation and is an integral part of the larger catechetical ministry of the Catholic Church.
The Religious Education Office is located in the school. You may enter through Door 1.

Early Childhood Program (age 3, 4 and 5)
This is a fun, hands-on program open to ALL preschoolers and kindergarteners at St. James the Apostle Church. Classes take place during the 9:00 A.M. Mass and are divided into three age groups — 3 Year Old, 4 Year Old and Kindergarten. Children learn about Jesus and God’s Word through Bible stories, prayer, music and movement, crafts and other hands-on activities.
Registration is accepted at any time throughout the year, but we encourage you to register early.
Summer Bible Camp
Although summer Bible camp differs from year to year, Bible-based stories, games, crafts, music and treats are part of the week every year. Registration forms will be posted to Useful Forms at the bottom of this page when registration begins in the Spring. There is a nominal fee which helps offset the expense of running the program. Spaces fill up quickly, so register early!
