Thank you so much to all the generous parishioners who donated toys and other items for the children of St. John Paul II Parish in Kankakee for their Epiphany celebration. We stuffed 4 vehicles with bags and boxes! Thank you to all the individuals and families who distributed  empty bags, carried full bags, loaded vehicles and/or went on the “road trip”. Thanks also to our spontaneous helpers who helped in spirit and those who prayed for this ministry. A very special shout out to the DuPage Woodworkers for their generous donation of wooden toys, and to Trader Joe’s in Glen Ellyn for donating the bags.
