We are so grateful to all those who have adopted a family for Christmas 2024. As of today we have 72 of 201 families that remain to be adopted, a total of 301 persons. Many of the remaining families are small: 5 families have 1 member, 15 families have 2 members, 17 families have 3 members, and 9 families have 4 members. In addition, we still have 26 families with from 5 to 10 members.

It is our prayer to cover every family in need, so if you are able to help on your own or by joining together with members of your extended family, book club, co-workers, etc. to pool their resources, it would be greatly appreciated. You will truly make a positive difference for someone this Christmas.

Can’t Adopt an Entire Family?

Thanks to the generosity of many parishioners, we have collected about $8,500 in gift cards so far. An additional $6,500 in gift card donations purchased through Crusader Cash would allow us to make gift bags or envelopes for the remaining families, even if no more were sponsored. A donation $50 person would be ideal, but even $25 would be better than nothing for these families.

Both the Christmas Basket Program and Crusader Cash Program will be in the narthex before and after the 9:00 A.M. Mass on Thanksgiving Day, as well as before and after Masses next weekend. We ask you to consider adopting a family or if this is not possible, please consider a donation of some gift cards. Thank you!
