Dear Fellow Parishioners,

Thank you! Your generosity to the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry continues to make a substantial impact on those experiencing hunger in our village, especially in these challenging months. And as we approach the holidays, the need for food is even more pronounced.

During this month you will notice envelopes attached to posters in the narthex requesting a Thanksgiving donation. Please be generous! The pantry continues to serve well over 5,000 neighbors at risk of hunger annually, and with your contributions we hope to increase this assistance.

St. James the Apostle Parish has truly made a difference in support of families in need. Pease thoughtfully give to Make Hunger History!

Additionally, as December approaches, there will be an Advent Calendar of Giving printed in the Sunday Bulletin. It will highlight specific items to ‘gift’ to our neighbors in need. This calendar is a wonderful opportunity to involve our young parishioners.
