We would like to congratulate the young people of St. James the Apostle Parish who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday! We were pleased to welcome Bishop Pates, the Apostolic Administrator of our diocese, who celebrated with us.

During his homily, Bishop Pates reminded all in attendance who had previously been Confirmed that now is time to activate the anointing again. Like those confirmed yesterday, we too have received the gifts of the Holy Spirit, so together with them, we all can be instrumental in renewing the Church.

We pray that all of us may retain the wonder and enthusiasm of being reborn in the Holy Spirit.
