For over 20 years a small volunteer crew of a few St. James women have been visiting the DuPage Convalescent Center on the first Thursday of the month to spread some joy and cheer with the residents. Most recently our crew has been running a Bingo game and passing out rewards to winners. With setup and cleanup included, we are there from about 9-11 a.m. once a month. Due to health issues and other circumstances, our current crew is no longer able to serve and we are looking for a few new volunteers to take over.
