The Glen Ellyn Food Pantry continues to supply grocery bags filled with food to those in need. Food requests are received from seniors, low income families, the unemployed, single parents, the handicapped, children, homeless, and immigrants.   The pantry is able to respond to these needs because of the generous support received from St. James and other community organizations.

Donated monetary funds are used to purchase milk, eggs, yogurt, and personal care items.

Please see our posters in the narthex for the items we most need in February. Non-perishable goods may be left in the Coat Room of the church.

Volunteers, including those from St. James, make the pantry operate efficiently. Without volunteers, the pantry cannot exist. Many thanks to the volunteers  who give their time and help freely. If you wish to be a volunteer, call 1-630-469-6988.

You are invited to visit the Pantry during operating hours to see firsthand how your donations help those in need. Thank you for your support to help fight hunger in our community.
