The shocking betrayal of Governor Rauner of the citizens of Illinois highlights what a challenging job it is to be the only full time pro-life lobbyist in the state. Illinois Right to Life Action (formerly Illinois Citizens for Life – ICL) is grateful to have Ralph Rivera on duty in Springfield to fight the good fight for the unborn. They will host their 45th Annual Banquet on Thursday, November 2nd, to help keep Ralph doing what he does so well for our state.
